Calling all lion fans!
On Tuesday 13 August we’ll be celebrating Lion Day.
There’ll be fun, games and activities throughout the day, including:
- James from Safina Lion Conservation will be joining us to chat about lion conservation across Africa – he lives for lions! You can pre-book for his conservation talk aimed at guests aged 10+ for a small £3 donation towards Safina’s conservation work. The talk will take place at the Motobo Hills Research Centre at the lion enclosure at 3pm.
- Feeding/enrichment demonstration and lion talks from our own Folly Farm lion keepers at 11.30am and 2pm
- Lion-themed games and activities throughout the day.
We’ll be raising money for Safina Lion Conservation.
