We’ve been awarded a TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Award for the seventh year in a row…

…and the 10th time overall! And we couldn’t be happier about it.The Travelers’ Choice Award recognises businesses that consistently achieve excellent, or five star, ratings placing them in the top 10% of listings on the popular review site. We first achieved this award back in 2011 and have continued to achieve a five star rating over 80% across all our reviews and over 95% above four star! We really value all feedback we receive and the whole management team engages with all review platforms to monitor and respond to visitor feedback in order to improve our offering, implement ideas and suggestions and reward good customer service. It’s particularly pleasing to have received such excellent reviews during what has been a challenging year where we’ve had to remove some close contact activities and have had to alter our offering slightly and adapt our operations to keep visitors safe in the face of the pandemic.
