We’re delighted to be awarded the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award for the sixth year in a row!

And the ninth time in total! The Travellers’ Choice Award recognises businesses that consistently achieve excellent, or five star, ratings placing them in the top 10% of listings on the popular review site. We first achieved this award back in 2011 and have continued to have consistently achieved a five star rating over 80%. We really value all feedback we receive and the whole management team engages with all review platforms to monitor and respond to visitor feedback in order to improve our offering, implement ideas and suggestions and reward good customer service.

We missed them terribly and it was wonderful to welcome them back to our attraction, albeit under slightly different circumstances and with measures in place that will have impacted on their usual experience.
