Have you got or are you currently studying towards a qualification in animal care? If so, look no further!  

The Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working person to join the farm team to assist with all aspects of animal care. Daily duties will include:

• Undertaking all aspects of animal husbandry including; daily feeding and cleaning routines.
• Maintaining welfare standards, animal records and undertaking enrichment activities as trained.
• Delivering interactive educational guest activities including meet and greet sessions, goat milking demonstrations and more.
• Driving our land train, giving guests a tour of our paddocks and a live commentary.
• Ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.

Who we’re looking for:

Are you a motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude? Have you got or are you currently studying towards a qualification in animal care? If so, we may have the role for you!

You’ll need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive approach. Farm/livestock experience and/or qualifications in this field are essential. A full driving licence and experience with a variety of agricultural vehicles is also desirable.

Hours	Approximately 40 hours per week: Working hours vary on a 7 day rota basis with earlies start time 8am, finish times vary as business requires. Due to the nature of the business weekend work will be required, including bank holidays.
Wage	Competitive rates of pay
Duration	Seasonal contract (Feb-Sep/Oct) or student contract (Feb-Sep), must be able to work weekends and holidays.
