The role:
We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working person to join the farm team to assist with all aspects of animal care. Daily duties will include:
- Undertaking all aspects of animal husbandry including; daily feeding and cleaning routines.
- Maintaining welfare standards, animal records and undertaking enrichment activities as trained.
- Delivering interactive educational guest activities including meet and greet sessions, goat milking demonstrations and more.
- Driving our land train, giving guests a tour of our paddocks and a live commentary.
- Ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
Who we’re looking for…
Are you a motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude? Have you got or are you currently studying towards a qualification in animal care? If so, we may have the role for you!
You’ll need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive approach. Farm/livestock experience and/or qualifications in this field are essential. A full driving licence and experience with a variety of agricultural vehicles is also desirable.
