Hot tub technician

An exciting opportunity to join our Hot Tub/Grounds team.

Covering 120 acres of fun, the role will operate across both the Holiday Park, boasting Showman’s Wagons, Luxury Lodges and Twiga Tents, plus a holiday let house, as well as our award-winning adventure park and zoo.  

The Role:

Joining our Operations team, you will have responsibility for ensuring the efficient operation of our hot tubs, located at our exclusive lodges and Folly View house. Key tasks include:

• Water quality testing
• Monitoring chemical levels
• Replacing the water twice a week and cleaning
• General/preventative planned maintenance repairs

As part of this diverse role, you will also undertake a range of gardening and grounds maintenance duties to ensure our site is always looking its best, creating an environment our guests can enjoy. Key duties will include:

• Providing an efficient strimming and grass cutting service across all areas of the site, ensuring the highest level of presentation is upheld
• Weeding, planting and maintaining flower beds
• Supporting with general park duties and presentation including litter picking, window cleaning, park custodial, car parking and ride operation
• Delivering our 5* guest service in accordance with our mission to exceed expectations.

Please note, this will be a physical role, with an eye for detail a must.

Who we’re looking for:

Are you a hands-on, practical person? Do you enjoy working outdoors? We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, the ability to work to deadlines and to strict health and safety protocols, as well as strong communication skills. A full, clean, driving licence is essential, with experience operating ride-on mowers advantageous.

You’ll need to have a positive, can-do attitude, and a practical, resourceful and common-sense approach to tasks, willing to adapt and take on alternative duties as required.
