Food and beverage assistant

The role:

As part of our guest facing team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a positive dining experience working in a range of outlets from ice-cream parlours to our table service restaurant. Daily duties include:

• Providing a first class, efficient food service.
• Assisting with food and drink preparation.
• Working on the till processing purchases, following cash handling protocols.
• Restocking the area, ensuring stock is plentiful and displayed attractively.
• Making sure the outlet is clean, tidy and ready for service, clearing tables, washing up, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Ensuring 5* food hygiene standards are upheld.
• Working independently and as a team.

Who we’re looking for:

Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, busy environment? To join the Folly Farm family, you’ll need to have a positive, friendly personality and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work to safety and food hygiene protocols and be willing to learn and develop your skill set. Food hygiene qualifications and/or catering experience is desirable but not essential.
