Evening cleaner

An exciting opportunity to join our team as an evening cleaner.

The Role:

We’re looking for a reliable person with great attention to detail, to undertake end of day toilet cleaning across the park. Working in accordance with established cleaning standards and procedures, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities including all toilet blocks, bins and hand wash basins, are clean, tidy and ready for the following day; mopping floors, wiping down surfaces and re-stocking dispensers. You’ll also need to ensure supplies are readily available and all equipment is maintained in good working order.

Additional hours are available by undertaking routine toilet cleaning duties across the park throughout the day starting at 11am.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a hard-working person, with a keen eye for detail.  Working independently, or occasionally as part of a small team, you will need to be highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and to designated time frames. Although not a guest facing role, you’ll have good customer service awareness as you interact with guests whilst going about daily cleaning duties.

Experience working within a service or cleaning related industry is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

What you’ll get:

As part of our team, you’ll receive a full induction and in-house training. Folly Farm also offers plenty of benefit and reward schemes including complimentary tickets and retail discounts. A vibrant working environment within an award-winning theme park, we’re an equal opportunities employer.

HoursPart time work available (approx. 10 – 12 hours per week).  Working hours vary on a 7-day rota basis; typical shift 4pm – 6pm. Please note, finish times will vary as business requires. Due to the nature of the business weekend work will be required, including bank holidays.
