Here you’ll find links to buy day tickets, annual passes and gift vouchers. You can also book a date for a zoo or farm animal experience.

Great news – our tickets stay the same price all year. And children under two visit us for FREE!

We don’t increase our prices for Bank Holidays. Nor do we add a premium for visiting us during the school holidays. We also don’t charge you more the closer to your visit you purchase tickets. It’s just the same price all year round, as it should be!

Pre-booking a date for your visit is NOT required. Our online day tickets are valid for a single visit within 90 days from date of purchase, giving you flexibility should your plans change.

Fairground and outdoor rides

Our fairground rides are not included with your day entry. Find out about our unlimited ride wristbands in the optional extras section below.

Free return visit

We offer a free return visit within seven days if you don’t manage to see and do everything in one day – just get your free return visit ticket validated by our admissions staff before you leave. Ts and Cs apply.

Day tickets

Our online day tickets are valid for a single entry within 90 days from the date you buy them. giving you flexibility should your plans change. And you can save 5% by buying them in advance online.

Buy an annual pass and you’ll only need to visit more than twice in 12 months to save on our standard day ticket prices. A whole year of Folly fun, whenever you purchase them! Save 5% when buying online.

Gift vouchers

Our day tickets, annual passes and experiences gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. Gift vouchers with a monetary value are valid for 24 months. Plus they can be emailed direct to the recipient!

Ride/attraction/catering closures

Please note that during quieter times our rides run on rotation and some of our catering outlets are subject to seasonal opening variations. Thank you for your understanding.

If you're interested in riding a particular ride, please ask a member of nearby staff and they will open that ride once they have finished the ride they are currently operating.

There are no additional closures reported at this time.

General terms and conditions

Online tickets are non-refundable. We cannot accept tickets that have expired or refund them if you are no longer able to use them.
You can save 5% by buying day tickets and annual passes in advance online but you cannot use tickets bought online in conjunction with any other offer.
Our free return visit offer must be used within seven days of the first visit and you MUST have your receipt validated at admissions BEFORE you leave on your first visit. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively. This offer only applies to those guests paying for a full price admission tickets either on the day at admissions or online before you visit (schools, groups, corporate groups and those visiting on complimentary tickets cannot receive the free return visit offer due to the original visit being heavily discounted or free of charge).
Children under two can visit us free of charge.
Concessions are for toddlers aged two, children aged 3-15 and adults over 60. From 01 January 2025 concessions will be for children aged 2-15 as we will no longer offer a toddler ticket. With some concessions, you’ll need to show proof of entitlement at the entrance. Disabled visitors pay our standard admission prices and this includes a free carer (proof of disability is required). Visitors under the age of 14 must have an adult with them.
Extra charges apply to some of our optional attractions. Fairground tokens are non-refundable but can be used as payment in our gift shop.
We reserve the right to increase our prices at any time.
Please check our opening times before you visit, we’d hate for you to have a wasted journey.
The welfare of our animals is vitally important. Which is why we don’t let dogs in the park (apart from guide dogs with up-to-date vaccinations). Also, for the dogs’ wellbeing, we don’t allow anyone to leave them in a car by themselves in our car park. If you need to bring your dog with you, we’ve teamed up with these day kennels, where you can leave your pet while you’re enjoying Folly Farm.
