We’re giving our visitors the chance to come and see their favourite Julia Donaldson characters – The Gruffalo and Stick Man! Come and say hi to The Gruffalo and Stick Man at intervals on each day. And the best news? Our Gruffalo and Stick Man appearances are included in the standard admission price to Folly Farm!

Appearance times:
10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 2pm and 3.30pm.
Please note: the characters will make five appearances at intervals throughout the day. They will be located inside a pen either on the grassy area in front of our gift shop or in our indoor picnic area depending on the weather. They will move around the pen so visitors can see them and if they’re lucky get a photo so don’t forget your camera. We ask that visitors move away from the barriers once they’ve seen the Gruffalo and Stick Man characters so other visitors have a chance to see them too. There is not the opportunity for individual meet and greets due to the popularity of this event and the pen system is advised by the licensed company that provides these events.
