Are you ready to create memorable experiences for guests to treasure?  Are you full of fun and energy?

We’re looking for a jolly and enthusiastic person to join our costume character team and bring them to life. This is a guest facing role that requires engaging solely through action and body language, with the successful person being confident in characterisation and performance.

A typical day as a mascot assistant includes:

• Playing the role of our various characters, engaging with guests of all ages around the park.
• Participating in multiple daily character appearances, meet and greet sessions and photo opportunities.
• Act as a chaperone to the characters.
• Timely costume changes to ensure character appearances run alongside daily timetable.
• Help with additional tasks including face painting and assisting in the fairground as required.

The successful candidate will be aged 18 years+ with previous experience in a customer service focused role. Previous work in a performance / entertainment based environment is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

Applicants must be flexible in their working hours and willing to work weekends/Bank Holidays.
