Ho, ho, ho! This is a magical time of year to visit Folly Farm…

We’ll be open on Saturdays and Sundays only after the October Half Term comes to an end. The Winter Weekends will run from 9 November until 22 December.

PLUS – we’ll also be open on Fridays in December including the 6, 13 and 20 December for extra festive fun! Take a look at everything we have going on this winter:

Santa’s Grotto

Guests can meet the main man himself in our magical Santa’s Grotto. And the Folly Farm elves are on hand to bring that extra little bit of sparkle to your experience. Santa’s brought gifts for the little ones. Plus there’s mulled wine and a mince pie for the adults which always helps spread the Christmas cheer.

The price for our Grotto is frozen again at just £8.50 per child. No pre-booking is required – just head to the grotto when you’re ready to meet Santa! Cash is preferred (with a free to use cash machine available outside our gift shop), but card payments are also accepted.

Our Winter Weekends are back at Folly Farm from 11 November to 22 December (plus we’re open for festive Fridays 6, 13, 20 December)

Meet our Snow Princess and Ice Queen at our festive Snow Globe

You may spot a character or two during your visit this winter. Step inside our seasonal Snow Globe, where you can meet our Ice Queen or Snow Princess. It’s a perfect photo opportunity!

Santa’s Frosty Flyover

Our virtual reality ride in the fair is also getting everyone into the seasonal spirit with a fun and festive sleigh ride journey!

Decorate your own Gingerbread Man

Head over to the ‘Dog and Duck’ bar (located in our Vintage Fairground), to enjoy a refreshing festive tipple after a visit to the Snow Globe (or before finishing our free Gingerbread Prize Trail)!

Little ones can also decorate their very own gingerbread man treat! They’ll be provided with a kit including; Gingerbread man, some icing and a selection of sweets to get creative. Kits are available from the Dog and Duck bar and cost just £3.50 per person.

Gingerbread Trail

Prize trail forms can be collected from admissions. Can you spot all of the Gingerbread Men hidden around the park? Post your forms back to us before you leave to be in with a chance of winning some great prizes!

Additional charges:

There’s an additional charge to visit Santa in his grotto and receive a gift. Prices have been frozen again at £8.50 per child.
The Snow Globe experience is one token per person. Tokens cost £1 each and are available to purchase in the fair.
Glitter tattoos cost £5 each (or you can get two for £8)
VR ride operates on a token system. Frosty Flyover is two tokens per person and sorry, this particular ride isn’t included as part of the ‘ride all day’ wristband offer.
Decorate your own Gingerbread Man kits are £3.50 per child and available to purchase from the Dog and Duck bar in the fairground.
All indoor and outdoor rides are subject to an additional charge.
